Olive Home Staging is a full service interior design and interior decorating company, focusing on creating your personalized, custom home interiors. We offer everything from design concepts, custom window treatments and complete interior decorating services. We also offer design consulting for your exterior spaces including paint colour and façade material selection. Our typical projects range from single room makeover in your home or office, bathroom renovations as well as providing whole home furnishings. Regardless of size of your decorating project, we believe in making the home decorating process simple and fun.

Interior Design Consulting Packages

Interior decorating and design consulting services are for clients who need a professional opinion but do not want to hire a designer for the whole project. What to do? Where to start? Purchase a block of time for a working meeting giving you the opportunity to ask any design questions regarding how to decorate your home or office. It can be about paint colours, furniture selection, art placement or what carpet colour you should pick. It’s our goal to help make the decision process fun and stress-free!

HOW IT WORKS

Get to know us and discuss your property over a quick phone call. We will provide you with an estimate and share our process for a home staging that is rapid, beautiful, and fine-tuned for raising the value of your property.

We will learn about the neighborhood, buyer demographics, take photos and measurements as needed. We will start working on the design plan.

We will stage and style your property on the agreed upon date. Depending on the size and access to the property, our team usually takes between 3-6 hours to complete the install. Once we're done, your photographer will be able to snap some stunning listing photos.

Once your property sells, we will return to the location and remove any items that we have provided for the occupied staging. De-staging typically takes around 2-3 hours to complete. Then it's time to celebrate!
