Get to know us and discuss your property over a quick phone call. We will provide you with an estimate and share our process for a home staging that is rapid, beautiful, and fine-tuned for raising the value of your property.

We will learn about the neighborhood, buyer demographics, take photos and measurements as needed. We will start working on the design plan.

We will stage and style your property on the agreed upon date. Depending on the size and access to the property, our team usually takes between 3-6 hours to complete the install. Once we're done, your photographer will be able to snap some stunning listing photos.

Once your property sells, we will return to the location and remove any items that we have provided for the occupied staging. De-staging typically takes around 2-3 hours to complete. Then it's time to celebrate!
